Our Story
Sweet Brew & Co was born when two pedigreed Sydney pastry chefs — Brigid and Joe — swapped the rat race for the Top End. After honing their craft at Pendolino’s, Icebergs Dining Room, and Infinity Sourdough Bakery, they set out to bring something new to Darwin.
In 2016, they transformed a forgotten mechanic’s warehouse on the Stuart Highway into one of Darwin’s most-loved cafes. From the moment you walk in, every detail — the cutlery, the water glasses, the menu presentation — is designed to transport you somewhere special. With an on-site bakery, fully licensed bar, and a team of 56, Sweet Brew is now a Stuart Park institution.
